Requirements
- Experience in People Operations topics such as international visa processes, german labor law, contract management
- Fluent in German & English
- A clean track record of successful project management
- Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive matters with diplomacy
