Role Overview

As a Distinguished Solution Engineer, you will use your technical credibility to get every technical role in our field ready to build: Solution Engineers, Forward Deployed Engineers, Professional Services, Customer Success, and our partner ecosystem. You own internal technical enablement and the programs behind it. You set the standard for what good looks like, and then you make thousands of people capable of reaching it.

What You Will Do

Own internal technical enablement, design and run the enablement that makes SE, FDE, Professional Services, Success, and Partner technologists genuinely capable with the product. Not slideware. Hands on keyboard, measured by what they can build afterward.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You have 10+ years in solution engineering, technical architecture, forward deployed engineering, or professional services, including time at the most senior technical level in a field organization. You have a deep working knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its metadata: Apex, Flow, Lightning Web Components, the Metadata API, packaging, and release management.
