Senior Data Steward & Insight Enablement Manager

Role Overview

As a member of the Controllership Org, the Senior Manager will serve as a key Controllership Data Steward, responsible for bringing new data into the Finance data ecosystem, curating high-quality datasets, and leveraging modern technologies—including AI—to enhance data insight capabilities. This role bridges Finance, Data Engineering, and Product teams to ensure that Snowflake datasets and Tableau solutions meet business needs, support strategic decision-making, and enable scalable, high-quality reporting.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Finance data management, data analytics, or data stewardship
• Solid understanding of Finance processes, accounting flows, and financial reporting
• Strong expertise in Snowflake, SQL, and modern data modeling techniques
• Proficiency with Tableau (desktop and prep) and experience building scalable dashboards and datasets
• Experience working with data engineers and product managers in an agile or hybrid environment
• Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to design tailored technical solutions
• Experience leveraging AI/ML tools to enhance analytics or automate insights is a strong plus
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
