Staff Technical Program Manager, Growth

Role Overview

We are seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to run our Growth pillar programs. The TPM will partner closely with teams of engineers, design, product management, as well as bridging the gap with cross-functional partners and senior leaders. This TPM must be highly technical and understand software architecture so that they can represent Product and Engineering in cross-functional conversations as a domain/subject matter expert.

What You Will Do

The TPM will run the experiment portfolio, drive feature programs, own quarterly and monthly planning exercises, and develop operational strategies, tools, and processes. They will also build and maintain timelines, project plans, and communication artifacts to ensure everyone is operating from the most recent and accurate information.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, engineering, and/or growth roles, including leading end-to-end technical programs within dynamic product or engineering organizations. Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, engineering, and/or growth roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical technical experience
• Agile & Lean Mastery: Applied experience with Agile and Lean product development practices
• Mentorship: Raises the bar for other Technical Program Managers by mentoring them and by sharing tools, skills, and practices that others adopt
