The HR People Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting and executing a broad range of HR functions across the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy, with a passion for creating a positive employee experience through data-informed decisions, cross-functional collaboration, and exceptional service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills; proficiency in Excel, HR dashboards, and report writing
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR compliance (FMLA, ADA, EEO, etc.) and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Experience managing or mentoring HR staff preferred
