Serve as the first level of support to existing clients and develop new business relationships, including research, negotiation, and customer service.
Requirements
- Research prospective clients through several strategies
- Create accurate spreadsheets of prospective client data
- Generate daily mailings to prospective clients
- Cold call prospective clients
- Negotiate rates and deadlines with prospective and current clients
- Educate prospective and existing clients regarding the translation process
- Liaise with Production to ensure all jobs are handled appropriately
- Consistently follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with delivery, quality, and customer service
