Requirements
- Supervise team to meet and exceed budgeted tour flow
- Motivate, train, and oversee CMA’s and Greeters
- Help resolve guest issues, complaints, and provide supplies
- Assist Manager with reports and site updates
- Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring CMA’s and Greeters
- Attendance record keeping
- Comply with Human Resource and company policies
