Requirements

• Supervise team to meet and exceed budgeted tour flow
• Motivate, train, and oversee CMA’s and Greeters
• Help resolve guest issues, complaints, and provide supplies
• Assist Manager with reports and site updates
• Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring CMA’s and Greeters
• Attendance record keeping
• Comply with Human Resource and company policies
