Head of Marketing & Creative Operations (12-month FTC)

Drive the effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability of marketing and creative output across the business. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that marketing strategies, campaigns, and communications are delivered seamlessly across channels and markets.

Requirements

  • Experience leading marketing and creative operations in a fast-paced, multi-market environment
  • Strong instinct for what good looks like – creatively and operationally
  • Confidence working across teams and influencing at all levels
  • A process-driven mindset, with the flexibility to adapt when needed
  • Experience (or real curiosity) in using AI to improve creative or marketing workflows
  • Solid financial acumen and experience managing budgets
  • A commercial mindset – you care about outcomes, not just output
  • Fluent English speaker. Any other European language will be a plus
