Role Overview
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This role supports data input, analysis, and reporting for TreeHouse’s Operating Company. The Financial Analyst partners closely with plant finance managers and plant operational leaders to ensure accurate, timely reporting and to drive improvements across the operations process.
What You Will Do
Perform various functions including, but not limited to: apply financial analysis skills in a plant operations environment, prepare and analyze weekly and monthly plant variance reports, apply critical thinking to identify opportunities for improvement across operations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or Accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- SAP experience is preferred but not required
- Business Analytics experience a plus
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
