Sr Financial Analyst, Capital Assets

Role Overview

We are seeking a Sr Financial Analyst, Capital Assets to join our Finance team based in Oak Brook, IL. The Sr Financial Analyst, Capital Assets, serves as a key finance partner to the Supply Chain Capital Asset and Operations teams.

What You Will Do

Lead day-to-day capital asset planning, forecasting, reporting, and governance activities, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent financial information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 3-7 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, accounting, FP&A, or a related finance role
• Advanced financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of capital planning, forecasting, project financial analysis, and financial controls
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely to finance and non-finance audiences
• Proven ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively across functions and organizational levels
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver accurate, detailed results in a fast-paced environment
• High degree of integrity, discretion, and professionalism with the ability to handle confidential information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with financial, planning, or ERP systems
