We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our sales team and provide long-term support. The role involves managing a portfolio of large accounts, securing and growing the existing client portfolio, and ensuring client profitability for Trescal.
Requirements
- On site client visits and close collaboration with internal teams
- Handling challenging situations with strong negotiations or managing client dissatisfaction
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Building client loyalty by understanding and meeting their needs
- Ensuring client satisfaction by ensuring smooth project delivery and ensuring contract terms are consistently applied
- Following the contract KPIs and managing the QBR and ABR
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities with their accounts
- Developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with strategically important key clients
- Being the primary point of contact between the client and the company, ensuring consistent communication and satisfaction
- Understanding the client’s business needs, objectives, and challenges to propose tailored solutions and value-added services
- Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions to maximize revenue and profitability
- Identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities within assigned accounts
- Keeping up-to-date with industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging market trends relevant to the client’s sector
