Trex is seeking a Sales Representative/Account Manager to manage key customer relationships, grow and develop new business, and foster a “people first” culture.
Requirements

- Serve as primary contact for day-to-day responsibilities for all top distributor locations
- Develop and leverage strong business relationships with key distributor contacts
- Develop and leverage key geographic contacts and maintain established call frequency for defined national account customers
- Manage established dealer network while prospecting for new accounts and developing markets
- Develop and execute annual business plan with Regional/District Sales Manager
- Establish KPI targets in conjunction with Regional Sales Manager
- Manage individual travel and expense budget
- Effectively manage co-op funding within primary distributor responsibility
