Role Overview
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for meeting and exceeding overall sales objectives while ensuring a high level of customer service when promoting ConexSmart products and strategic initiatives.
What You Will Do
Main responsibilities include planning, prospecting, and selling ConexSmart products, as well as developing and nurturing relationships with customers and internal resources.

Requirements
- 3+ years sales experience, preferably in an Industrial or Manufacturing setting
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives
- Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
- Independent self-starter with a hunter mentality
- Ability to listen, adapt, and overcome objections
- Ability to embrace change in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial distribution, engineering/technology or related degree from an accredited school preferred
- Previous Industrial Automation, Cable, or Component sales experience preferred
- Familiarity using Salesforce and/or Epicor preferred
