The Manager, Billing Operations is responsible for designing, implementing, and enforcing billing policies and procedures, streamlining effective billing processes, and leading the billing team to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, with a focus on billing operations.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, follow through on projects, and deliver results independently.
• Proven track record in process improvement, problem-solving, and applying critical thinking to complex operational issues.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop direct reports.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) or willingness to obtain
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
