Role Overview
Lead the future of customer success and ARR growth by driving strategic evolution toward a recurring revenue model, influencing long-term customer value, and shaping the future of how global clients maximize ROI from our complex technology ecosystem.
What You Will Do
Execute core sales activities, including selling software renewals and warranties, to maintain and grow recurring revenue streams, and proactively identify and leverage strategic opportunities to upsell customers on additional products and services.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Inside Sales within a technical or SaaS environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Data Sciences, or a related field
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive sales strategy and retention efforts
- Exceptional interpersonal and business communication skills with a proven ability to manage complex professional relationships
