Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative at TriNet, you will serve as the face of a well-established, reputable company that empowers the small business community to focus on what matters most – growing their business. This individual is often the first line of communication between TriNet and prospective clients as the person responsible for identifying, contacting, and qualifying opportunities for the sales organization to generate new business.
What You Will Do
Secure meetings with the right people, at the right place, at the right time to create high-quality sales opportunities for the field sales team. Use internal sales tools and resources to execute a high-touch sales cadence on prospects. Make around 80 cold calls a day to prospects to gauge interest.

Requirements
- High School Diploma required or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Typically < 1 year Sales prospecting and research preferred
- Articulate and persuasive written and oral communicator (Intermediate proficiency)
- Demonstrate willingness to grow through discomfort – fearless! (Intermediate proficiency)
- Seeks out, internalizes, and applies coaching feedback (Intermediate proficiency)
- Strong work ethic and self-drive (Intermediate proficiency)
