Role Overview
The Manager, Finance for Mount Carmel College of Nursing serves as the senior financial leader for the College, providing strategic oversight of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, business intelligence, student financial services, and operational performance management.
What You Will Do
Lead the College’s budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes, develop and communicate financial analyses, forecasts, and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making, and oversee month-end close activities, annual audits, regulatory reporting, and compliance requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Higher Education Administration, or related field
- CPA, CMA, or other relevant professional certification preferred
- Seven (7) or more years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, budgeting, financial planning and analysis, business intelligence, higher education finance, or related areas
- Minimum two (2) years of leadership or supervisory experience
