Role Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect, Sales Operations to support and enhance our Salesforce ecosystem while helping drive operational excellence across the commercial organization. This role sits at the intersection of Strategic Operations, Sales, and Finance, ensuring Salesforce and related systems effectively support pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, and business processes.
What You Will Do
Serve as a primary administrator for Salesforce and related sales operations systems, configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, approval processes, reports, dashboards, and Flow automations. Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely support to business users.

Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related field
- Deep hands-on Salesforce administration expertise
- Demonstrated ability to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Base salary range $118k-$177k per year
