The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in mortgage sales management and a strong working knowledge of non-QM mortgage products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in mortgage sales management
- Strong working knowledge of non-QM mortgage products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and LOS platforms
- Active NMLS license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
