Requirements

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience balancing both Salesforce development and administrative responsibilities
• Demonstrated coding proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Expert knowledge of declarative automation tools (Flows, Process Builder)
• Hands-on working experience with Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud)
• Strong track record of integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms, APIs, and middleware
• Sound technical judgment to determine when to leverage standard configuration versus custom development
• Self-directed problem solver capable of executing independently within a geographically distributed team
• Proven comfort documenting solutions and managing technical workflows using Jira
