Requirements
- 12 years of experience in Planning, Finance & Accounting within Financial Services, FinTech or a high growth start up
- Working knowledge of retail products preferred
- Ability to develop creative solutions to problems and work with the larger team
- Demonstrated understanding of how Fintech operates differently from conventional financial organization
- Strong Change management skills
- Significant experience in a variety of commercial and controllership senior Finance roles in complex organizations
- Strong people leader with ability to lead and grow teams of international talent
- Strong business partner who can influence and effectively challenge C-suite stakeholders
