Account Manager/Technical Manager

Role Overview

This role operates as an Account Manager based in San Jose, CA, managing several product lines for key accounts, including business and customer relationships. The ideal candidate will create and execute sales plans to generate sustainable growth and drive customer satisfaction. TSMC is currently operating in a hybrid work schedule with 4 days in office.

What You Will Do

Develop customer relationships, set strategic pricing and business solutions, negotiate and provide quotes, establish and manage collaborations, drive demand creation, perform market and cost analysis, and provide business analysis and written briefings.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of combined experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development or Foundry Management in the semiconductor industry, a BS/MS degree in engineering, business or science, and strong customer orientation and communication skills.

Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in engineering, business or science
  • 12+ years of combined experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development or Foundry Management in semiconductor industry
  • Good knowledge of advanced semiconductor technology, process, and operations including test and product engineering
  • Strong customer orientation and communication skills (written and presentation)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office especially Excel
  • Proficiency in reading/analyzing financial statements
  • Ability to travel (international and domestic) up to 15% in a year
