Role Overview
The Manager, Data & Analytics is responsible for leading Tuff Shed’s enterprise Business Intelligence, reporting, analytics, and data engineering capabilities. This role oversees the development and support of enterprise reporting solutions, data models, analytics platforms, and data governance while partnering closely with business leaders to deliver actionable insights that support operational excellence and strategic decision-making.
What You Will Do
The Manager, Data & Analytics provides leadership for the analytics team, establishes priorities, develops team capabilities, and ensures analytics initiatives align with business objectives and IT strategy. This individual combines technical expertise, business acumen, and people leadership to build a trusted enterprise analytics capability.

In addition to leading the Data & Analytics function, this role is expected to actively participate in the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise analytics, reporting, data engineering, and business intelligence solutions.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Advanced understanding of Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, Data Warehousing, and enterprise reporting
- Strong knowledge of dimensional modeling, semantic models, ETL/ELT architecture, and data integration
- Strong SQL development and data analysis skills
- Demonstrated ability to successfully balance people leadership responsibilities with direct hands-on technical contribution in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing work through structured ticketing, project management, and workload management processes
