Requirements
- Develop a partnership pipeline for Ghana in collaboration with other BD team members and the CEO.
- Identify growth opportunities in existing partnerships and engage the right people to grow the partnership.
- Close high-value deals from the deal pipeline.
- Lead priority business development efforts and activations with major partners, banks, and MFIs
- Actively review and iterate the BD & partnership toolkit to match Ghana’s needs for use in the business development workflow.
