Turing is looking for a Sr. Director of Product & Data Operations to serve as the architect of its transformation from a scrappy startup to an enterprise maturity. The role involves stitching together Product, Data, and Operations into a single, scalable engine and owning the internal ‘Build’ roadmap, governing data integrity, and driving system consolidation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Product Operations, TPM, or Systems Strategy at a high-growth tech company
- Proven experience consolidating fragmented tech stacks and managing ‘Build vs. Buy’ decisions
- Strong technical fluency (API integrations, Data Schemas, SQL familiarity) combined with operational grit
- Experience leading cross-functional teams (Product, Eng, Ops) towards a shared ‘Unified OS’ vision
