What You Will Do

The Inside Sales Associate will exhibit a positive, friendly and helpful attitude with customers, have the ability to manage and grow existing accounts, and pursue new business accounts. Responsibilities include selling, marketing, promoting, and demonstrating products, increasing business by generating sales to new customers and by selling additional products to existing customers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Industrial and/or Commercial experience preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ship to shore crane knowledge
• Excellent negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive decisions with influence
• Lighting and Gear product and application knowledge essential
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience with at least one sales area: Industrial, OEM, Automation, Lighting, Power Distribution, Commodities, Energy
