Role Overview

Act as the primary liaison for clients throughout the production and post event phases of the project. Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster satisfaction, retention, and future opportunities. Manage project budgets, providing cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards.

What You Will Do

Manage project timelines, ensure all deliverables are met efficiently. Plan and order site services through the General Contractor and other third-party vendors. Conduct post-event evaluations to collect feedback, assess service quality, and implement improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in event planning, account management, or a related role in tradeshows or live activations
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach
  • High attention to detail and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity of CRM software, such as HubSpot – Smartsheet is a plus?
