Role Overview

The Senior Digital Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for leading paid digital acquisition and supporting organic search growth across Australia and New Zealand.

What You Will Do

Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimisation of performance marketing activity across Google, Microsoft Bing, and Meta, while providing commercially grounded direction on channel strategy, budget allocation, e-commerce growth, and return on advertising spend.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Commerce, Communications, or a related discipline
• At least five years of hands-on digital performance marketing experience
• Substantial responsibility for paid acquisition campaigns
• Advanced practical experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Meta Ads
• Proven ability to manage and scale monthly paid media budgets of at least AUD 30,000
• Demonstrated record of improving return on advertising spend, conversion rates, revenue, or customer acquisition efficiency
• Strong working knowledge of SEO, particularly backlink acquisition, off-page optimisation, keyword strategy, and organic performance analysis
• Experience with Shopify and e-commerce platforms, including product feeds, merchant centres, tracking, and website conversion optimisation
• Advanced capability with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and advertising-platform reporting
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign data into clear commercial recommendations and budget decisions
