Role Overview
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving profitable sales growth throughout the Midwest territory by developing new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships within the engine, mobile equipment, industrial, OEM, fluid power, and municipal markets.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute a territory business plan, identify and close new business opportunities, manage and grow existing customer relationships, and provide technical product presentations and demonstrations to customers.

Requirements
- Proven track record of success in outside technical sales
- Minimum five years of industrial or technical sales experience
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
- Experience in diesel engines, mobile equipment, industrial automation, fluid power, hydraulics, OEM manufacturing, construction, agriculture, or municipal equipment
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Self-motivated with a strong hunter mentality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and passport
