Role Overview

The Senior Data Analyst will support insight initiatives for the Data and Analytics team across the modern data stack to turn raw data into decisions. The role involves performing hands-on research, data exploration, and analysis to drive decisions and strategies for user acquisition, retention, and monetization.

What You Will Do

The Senior Data Analyst will work with the game teams to provide insights into user behavior, answer key business questions, and support A/B test design and analysis. The role also involves building and maintaining reliable, well-documented data models and pipelines.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in a quantitative field, 5+ years of relevant work experience, and hands-on experience with cloud-based data warehouses and data transformation tools.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Highly proficient in SQL and Python for data exploration and analysis
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based data warehouses and data transformation tools
• Solid experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI
• Comfortable working with version control (Git/GitLab)
• Robust understanding of advanced statistics suitable for the analysis of skewed populations
• Experience designing effective ways of communicating, visualising and reporting results/analysis
• Experience in predictive analytics and segmentation
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities with strong attention to detail
