Join UCC Environmental as a Business Development Manager to accelerate commercial growth across utility and heavy industrial markets. You will be responsible for driving technical sales execution, developing new opportunities, and converting underpenetrated applications into long-term revenue streams. Success in this role will be defined by the ability to translate technical value into commercial outcomes in close partnership with internal sales and product teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Metallurgical, Chemical, Civil, or related discipline) required
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred
- 10+ years of technical sales, application engineering, or business development experience in heavy industrial markets
- Demonstrated experience selling technically complex, application-driven products or materials
- Strong background in wear, abrasion, corrosion, or impact-resistant materials preferred
- Proven success developing new markets, applications, or industries
- Experience supporting or enabling field sales teams in a technical specialist role
- Strong business acumen with the ability to prioritize opportunities and drive commercial outcomes
