Role Overview

The Marketing Lead is responsible for the entire marketing of ucm, making it a measurable growth system for customer and employee acquisition. They develop digital channels and add real access to people, companies, and communities to drive efficient growth.

What You Will Do

The Marketing Lead will build stable baselines for marketing performance, establish clear responsibilities and quality standards, and lead experiments based on clear hypotheses and kill criteria. They will also sharpen positioning and brand appearance, develop hybrid and innovative formats, and steer budgets and channel economics.

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in B2B and B2C marketing with measurable impact, broad hands-on competence in performance marketing, content, and CRM/lifecycle, and experience in leading and developing an interdisciplinary marketing team.

Requirements

  • Several years of responsibility for B2B and B2C marketing
  • Broad hands-on competence in performance marketing, content, website/CRO, SEO/GEO, CRM/lifecycle, positioning, funnel design, and sales enablement
  • Experience in leading and developing an interdisciplinary marketing team
  • Ability to steer budgets and channel economics and lead experiments based on clear hypotheses and kill criteria
  • AI-first working method for research, content production, personalization, and automation
