Role Overview
The AVP, Financial Planning & Analysis will serve as a senior leader within Corporate Finance, translating enterprise strategy into financial plans, operating priorities, and actionable business insights.
What You Will Do
The AVP will lead day-to-day execution of the FP&A operating agenda, develop FP&A talent, strengthen business partnerships, and advance the function’s analytical, reporting, and process capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or related fields, including significant leadership responsibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field
- 12+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise planning, forecasting, management reporting, and strategic financial analysis processes
- Experience leading managers and developing high-performing finance teams
- Property and casualty insurance or broader financial services experience preferred
