Role Overview

Uline is looking for a Cash Applications / Financial Operations Specialist to join our Finance team, ensuring seamless financial transactions and maintaining account accuracy.

What You Will Do

Process customer checks, research and resolve payment discrepancies, maintain department reports, and review payment data from third-party partners.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Strong communication and typing skills with excellent attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and experience in accounts receivable or banking are preferred.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Accounts receivable or banking experience a plus
