The Business Development and Digital Marketing Leader drives revenue by combining strategic, high-value client acquisition with digital brand positioning, responsible for merging marketing efforts with sales goals to accelerate growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 2 – 5 years of experience doing business development and digital marketing
- Comfortable with their results being visible (i.e. leads generated)
- Must stay ahead of trends in digital marketing to ensure UTG is always leveraging the best tools
- Experience with understanding how businesses work and how marketing tools can help achieve business outcomes
- Must have a working understanding of The Challenger Sale and marketing messaging methodology
- Must have worked in the technology industry
- Strong communication and collaboration internally and externally
