Business Development Manager

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening strategic client relationships, and elevating the Opustone brand across all South Florida locations. This role serves as a key ambassador of the company, developing and managing relationships with top accounts, architects, designers, developers, builders, and other industry influencers.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute business development strategies to increase sales across Opustone’s Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and West Palm Beach locations. Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the architecture, interior design, builder, developer, hospitality, and luxury residential sectors.

• Strong presentation, communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations
• Ability to coach, influence, and collaborate without direct supervisory authority
• Professional presence appropriate for executive-level client interactions
• Strong organizational, planning, and follow-through skills
