Role Overview

The Senior CRM Marketing Manager leads the delivery of a customer experience across the whole lifecycle, from generating demand and interest to building lasting customer relationships. The role spans the whole customer journey, from acquisition to lifecycle, and requires a strong technical depth in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and a commercial mindset focused on conversion and retention.

What You Will Do

The Senior CRM Marketing Manager will plan and deliver outbound demand generation campaigns, establish in-app and push notifications as core channels, and build cohort-based journeys across app, email, SMS, push notifications, and WhatsApp. The role also involves owning Salesforce Marketing Cloud as a platform, building and debugging email and in-app templates, and using automation and AI tooling to take repetitive work off the team.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience with genuine technical depth
• Proven multi-channel lifecycle CRM experience
• Experience planning and delivering outbound demand generation campaigns
• Commercial mindset focused on conversion and retention
• Strong data fluency and ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience leading or mentoring others
• Working HTML and CSS skills
• Experience automating workflows, including with AI tooling
• Solid working knowledge of GDPR, DPA, and messaging best practice
