Role Overview
The Customer Operations Deployment Lead South East Asia is a core role within the Customer Operations Product Domain, responsible for deploying new CO products or changes in existing products to markets in South East Asia. The role will have a specific focus on ensuring seamless landing, high adoption, and quality of the products.
What You Will Do
As a Deployment Manager, you will oversee end-to-end deployment activities, govern product deployment, and lead improvement of business KPIs. You will also partner with CDIO/Market teams to ensure strong collaboration with Global Digital and Technology (GDT).

- Strong Supply Chain background – demand planning, supply planning and S&OP planning
- Understanding of Data and Analytics and exposure in new technology like AI
