FP&A Business Partner

Role Overview

Join UNIQLO’s EU Corporate Finance team as a Corporate Planner on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will partner with COOs, department leaders, and Finance teams across Europe to drive financial planning, analysis, and business performance.

What You Will Do

Produce financial reports, perform analysis, and support business performance. Monitor sales, labour productivity, and operating costs. Support forecasting, budgeting, and planning cycles.

Requirements

• Experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Strong understanding of financial statements, reporting, and commercial performance metrics
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced, international or multi-market environment
