The role involves identifying, structuring, and closing real-estate and land-related transactions in Spain, working with Portuguese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in sales or business development
- Proven experience negotiating and closing transactions end-to-end
- Strong business acumen and a structured approach to pipeline management
- Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken)
