Account Manager (Responsible for operational sector of cleaning)

Role Overview

The Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers in the assigned area, ensuring their loyalty, satisfaction, and retention. The role involves close collaboration with the Partnerships Teams to ensure operational excellence and quality of service, as well as with the Talent Acquisition Team to support hiring, integration, and retention of a high-performing workforce. The position combines strategic territory management with a customer-focused approach to offer exceptional experiences to partners and customers, increase revenue per store, and improve retention indicators.

What You Will Do

The Account Manager will conduct proactive store visits to discuss performance, resolve operational issues, and treat cases in collaboration. They will also manage escalations with tact and urgency, ensuring that all customer concerns are resolved beyond expectations. Additionally, they will lead meetings with major clients, manage problem management reports at the regional level, and collaborate with Partnerships & Talent Acquisition to evaluate/improve partner performance, identify gaps, and develop improvement plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the cleaning industry
• 10+ years of experience in operations management or equivalent position
