Senior Financial Analyst

Role Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst will support the Enterprise Finance team in the execution of Texas Capital’s strategic initiatives through partnership with line of business leadership to develop reporting, forecasts, and enhancements to the annual operating plan and financial analysis processes.

What You Will Do

Develop and maintain models, reports, and processes in support of the Firm’s quarterly forecast and strategic planning, develop reports, synthesize analysis, and articulate the conclusions through verbal and written communications, perform ad-hoc analysis as requested.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or accounting
• Minimum of 3 years of related financial/business analysis and planning experience
• Ability to build relationships with, and provide thought leadership to officers of TCB
• Experience thriving in a dynamic and fast-moving work environment
• Experience effectively managing several work streams and projects concurrently
• Superior analytical skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication (written and oral) and partnering skills
• Knowledge of spreadsheet manipulation, modeling, and forecasting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with enterprise financial planning systems preferred, such as Oracle
• Experience working in the financial services industry is preferred
