Role Overview
Join the brand-new Industry Accounts Business Development Representative team at Unity where you will help build the playbook from the ground up. You’ll work large, untapped territories and shape what “great” looks like—writing and testing messaging, uncovering new logos, and supporting thoughtful expansion in existing accounts.
What You Will Do
Prospect across large, raw territories; implement multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, events); book discovery meetings across mid size to large enterprise companies. Research target accounts and key decision makers; build campaigns; write, A/B test, and refine messaging.

Requirements

- Highly organized with attention to detail, curious, and motivated to grow professionally
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Korean and English to effectively manage stakeholder relationships across our Korean markets
- Proficiency with Salesforce and one sales engagement platform (e.g., Outreach or Salesloft)
