Salesforce Administrator I/II

Role Overview

The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, configuring Salesforce to fit the company’s needs, creating, and managing fields, views, reports, dashboards, campaigns, and other Salesforce objects and functions specific to the betterment and optimization of the enterprise’s provider lifecycle management (PLM) experience.

What You Will Do

Manage and maintain the company’s Salesforce CRM, including user setup, profiles, roles, and teams, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations. Create and maintain reports, dashboards, list views, and automation solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum two (2) years related work experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field
• Prior experience in a technical role supporting provider networks strongly preferred
• Proven work experience as a Salesforce administrator
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms
• Experience in setting up and managing user profiles, roles, and permission sets in Salesforce
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com best practices, support mechanisms, procedures, and limitations required
• Working knowledge of the healthcare industry
• Demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional teams, diverse groups, and individuals to achieve common goals
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive towards desired outcome in a timely manner
• Knowledge of system development life cycle activities
• Working knowledge of structured analysis and design, unit testing, and data gathering techniques
• Strong process orientation and critical thinking skills
