Data Analyst

Role Overview

The Data Analyst role is heavy on data entry and maintenance within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), with a primary focus on creating, managing, and analyzing master data to support day-to-day business operations and ad-hoc reporting needs across the organization.

What You Will Do

Create and maintain item, pricing, fee, customer, vendor, delivery, and other master data to support business operations in D365, support ad-hoc reporting requests using SQL and available reporting tools, and extract, analyze, and validate data from ERP systems to support operational and financial reporting.

Requirements

• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years’ experience in a data support role
• Prior experience working with ERP systems (D365 F&O preferred)
• Experience managing or maintaining operational or financial data within business systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into data or reporting solutions
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI
