We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our sales team as a Regional Sales Manager. This position will entail utilizing selling skills and data analytics to optimize opportunities in Sales growth across Black Stallion’s (Revco) product portfolio and industries.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in professional selling, marketing or business-related field is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years previous account management experience in distribution and/or manufacturing, knowledge in Safety products a plus
- Business acumen around accounting, P&L, margins, forecasting, performance metrics, etc.
- Must possess strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Required to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be self-motivated and focused on continuous improvement
- Requires outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work in a team setting with a diverse group of employees, managers and external contacts
- Outstanding analytical, organization and executive level oral/written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Previous experience with a CRM (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
- 40%(+) travel required in support of customer visits, strategic planning, training, tradeshows, etc.
