CRO Manager

Role Overview

We’re looking for a commercially minded CRO Manager to lead CRO and experimentation across a portfolio of UNRVLD clients. This is a hands-on, client-facing role requiring strong CRO expertise alongside excellent organisation, commercial judgement and a proactive approach.

Requirements

• Experience leading CRO, experimentation or experience optimisation programmes
• Strong strategic and commercial judgement, with the ability to turn evidence into prioritised action
• Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple accounts or workstreams effectively
• Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills, including confidence challenging senior stakeholders
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across design, development, analytics and QA
• Hands-on experience with a mainstream experimentation platform, ideally Optimizely Web Experimentation (OWE) or VWO
• Strong working knowledge of GA4 and confidence identifying potential tracking issues
• Good statistical understanding and the ability to design, evaluate and explain experiments responsibly
• Commercial awareness beyond conversion rate, including margin, returns, lead quality, support demand and traffic mix
• Confidence communicating difficult, unsuccessful or inconclusive findings clearly and constructively
