Data Scientist I – CX Analytics

Role Overview

The Data Scientist I will apply data science, analytics, and AI to transform structured and unstructured data into actionable insights that improve customer and business outcomes. The ideal candidate is a curious and collaborative problem-solver with developing skills in programming, statistics, and data analysis.

Design and execute analytical solutions, integrate large volumes of data, apply validation and aggregation techniques, construct predictive models, and communicate findings to manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field
• 2 years of professional experience or equivalent relevant work experience
• Deep expertise in at least one of the following skillsets: programming & process automation, data visualization, statistics & statistical modeling, data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)
• Core business capabilities: basic communication skills, exposure to financial services industry, and attention to detail and ability to prioritize
• Leadership capabilities: ability to coach or mentor team members, respond quickly and positively to change, adheres to technical best practices
