We’re looking for a People Operations Manager to lay a scalable foundation for the People function, focusing on building processes that reinforce UpHill’s mission and values.
Requirements
- Minimum experience: Mid-level
- Entrepreneurial & Builder Mindset: Proven experience in building and optimizing HR/People processes from scratch in a rapid-growth environment
- Assertive & Objective Communicator: Ability to deliver clear, candid, and structured feedback and advice to employees and the CEO
- High Accountability & Autonomy: Doesn’t need micromanagement; is expected to follow through, raise red flags with proposed solutions, and handle complex situations with minimal oversight
- Data-Driven: Proficiency in using HR metrics (e.g., retention, time-to-hire, eNPS) to inform strategic decision-making and ensure excellence
