We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success. As a Customer Success Manager for the US regions, you’ll help grow revenue and drive platform adoption through strategic account management and strong client relationships.
Requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams as a customer advocate
- Work closely with the Media Buying team to help them understand client objectives and goals
- Review campaign performance and provide detailed feedback to media buyers
- Work closely with the Media Buying and Sales teams to drive revenue and enhance the performance of client campaigns
- Educate clients on new platform features, DSP partners, services, and relevant practices
- Educate and grow the programmatic buying knowledge of clients
